Boiler Replacements

We can carry out boiler replacements ranging from a single boiler to major boiler replacements for Hospitals, schools, etc. A full turnkey package is provided including plant, pipework, Flues, Building management systems (BMS), wiring, Thermal insulation etc

Heating

We can supply and install radiators, fan convectors, radiant panels, Gas heaters etc from all manufacturers. We have our own in house fully qualified heating and gas installers with many years experience.

Water Services

We can supply and install new Domestic hot and cold water services systems including plant such as Gas fired water heaters, Calorifiers, local electric water heaters etc. All pipework would be installed by fully qualified installers.

Gas

We have a team of fully qualified Gas Safe installers and commissioning engineers with years of experience in the commercial sector

Ventilation

Our team can offer fully comprehensive ventilation systems to suit our clients needs, ranging from simple toilet extract systems to full building central ventilation systems including Air Handling units, heat recovery systems etc

Air Conditioning

We can provide new air conditioning installations to suit a clients comfort cooling requirements

Plumbing

We can supply and install new sanitary fittings and associated plumbing and water services for toilet refurbishments, kitchen refurbishments etc. We have a lot of experience with plumbing in the healthcare and Education sectors

Automatic Control Systems

We can offer a full design, supply and installation of BMS systems to suit any clients requirements, including all associated electrical installations, energy metering etc.

Maintenance

We provide a planned preventative maintenance service for all aspects of mechanical services including boiler servicing, Gas testing and inspections, ventilation system plant maintenance etc
